These are the specific reasons Sisters customers pick us for Roof Replacement work over a general handyman or an out-of-town crew.
Overlaying shingles voids most manufacturer warranties and hides decking problems. Every replacement here starts with a full tear-off.
We don't shingle over questionable decking. Any soft or rotted plywood gets swapped before the new roof system goes on.
Certified installation matters because most extended manufacturer warranties require it; an uncertified install can quietly void that coverage.
Timelines are committed to in writing, including what happens if weather pushes the schedule, so there's no guessing mid-project.
If your Roof Replacement situation doesn't fit neatly into one of these categories, call anyway, chances are we've handled something close to it before in Sisters.
Every layer comes off down to the deck, with any rotted or delaminated sheathing replaced before synthetic underlayment goes down.
Synthetic underlayment covers the full deck, with self-adhered ice-and-water shield at eaves, valleys, and penetrations for extra protection.
Architectural or three-tab shingles get installed to manufacturer nailing patterns, which matters more for wind resistance than most homeowners realize.
Intake and exhaust ventilation get balanced during the replacement, since mismatched ventilation shortens shingle life regardless of material quality.
Reusing old flashing on a new roof is a common shortcut that leads to early leaks. We replace it as standard practice.
Warranty paperwork gets filed on your behalf at project close, and we review the completed work together before the job is considered done.
